Ownership includes three floating red weeks, 1-50 per year, excluding Christmas and Holy week. This is a founder's contract, which means there are no annual maintenance fees for life. The weekly usage fee is $4,100. Note owners of this contract are able to exchange their weeks for other accommodations at any of the Vidanta resorts at a discounted usage fee with the possibility of additional weeks added.
This property comes with Platinum Benefits, which includes a butler service, personal concierge, preferred restaurant reservations, access to the full resort with no restrictions and a personal shuttle driver.
