*RCI Affiliated Resort* Featuring a finely appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite that will accommodate 10 guests comfortably. One bathroom in Master Bedroom with jet tub upstairs, one adjoining downstairs for guests. Usage is annual in week 19. Maintenance fees are paid every year.
On-site amenities includes a 90 acre lake (adjacent to property), row boat rental (seasonal; fees apply), fishing (BYO supplies; PA fishing license required). Although there are no restaurants, lounges or entertainment on property, there is a great selection within a 10 mile radius.
Unit Amenities include the following: Telephone (all units; free long distance within the US), Kitchen (all units; full), Garbage Disposal (all units, Microwave (all units), Dishwasher (all units), Coffee Maker (all units), Toaster (all units), Air Conditioning (all units), Stack Washer and Dryer (all units), Television (all units), DVD Player (all units), Fireplace (all units). Burning natural wood is not allowed in the fireplaces. Only Dura flame logs are acceptable, which can be purchased at local retail establishments.
