This four day festival is the largest free music event in the United States and it showcases over 1,500 musicians playing hundreds of hours of music for your listening entertainment on over twenty stages set up throughout the French Quarter. Beside the festival, New Orleans is full of things to keep you entertained during your week stay; like a river boat ride on the 'Mighty Mississippi River', a horse-drawn carriage ride through the historic streets, restaurants galore, shopping, the zoo and aquarium, etc. all just a short trolley or bus ride away.

When you need a break from The Quarter, relax in your comfortable timeshare double unit, each side equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bath. The couches in the living rooms convert into queen-size beds so that 8 people can easily be accommodated in the total unit. The lock out feature in between the two sides allows for total privacy between you and your own guests or lets you stay on one side while you rent out the other side. There is a washer and dryer off the bathroom on the A side of the unit only. Property management organizes several events for getting to know your fellow residents with include free food, beverages and entertainment. Usage is annual, week 15 which is in the middle for April from Saturday to Saturday. The weather is not too hot or too cold…just right to partake of all the French Quarter has to offer.
