Top-rated hospitality brand, Marriott International, has just announced that they are launching an all-inclusive platform to add more value to their many fantastic vacationing opportunities. They have also signed management contracts with hotel developers. These developers will work to build five brand new all-inclusive resort properties, investing over $800 million that will open between 2022 and 2025.
Marriott International Executive Vice President and Global Chief Developerment Officier, Tony Capuano, spoke on his excitement of bringing this new and popular vacationing platform to the Marriott brand, stating:
“Our new all-inclusive resort platform is a natural progression for Marriott International. It will provide the ownership community a game-changing value proposition for their luxury and premium resort projects around the world, while providing guests a new vacation option with brands they trust.”
These brand new Marriott International all-inclusive vacations will be available in popular destinations worldwide with a mixture of new and existing resorts currently in the Marriott resort network. Marriott’s currently 133 million Marriott Bonvoy members will have the opportunity to earn and redeem points for this convenient all-inclusive vacation experience.
With the management contracts signed, Marriott International will soon have five brand new all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean and Latin America that will combine for over 2,000 guest rooms. The upcoming planned resorts include:
To help build their all-inclusive vacation platform, Marriott International will first leverage their full-service and luxury brands including: The Ritz-Carlton, Luxury Collection, Marriott Hotels, Westin Hotels, W Hotels, Autograph Collection, and Delta by Marriott. The all-inclusive vacation experiences will be specific to each brand. For example, the Marriott Hotels brand will cater to families while the W Hotels brand will cater more towards adults.

The all-inclusive resorts will offer a wealth of great amenities including fitness centers, day spas, gourmet dining, swimming pools, water sports, kids clubs, and entertainment options.
